Email TQTechOfficial@gmail.com and include your device model, your OS version and the app version from Settings → About. That is usually enough to answer a question on the first reply.
Free solves
Every device gets three free solves. They are shared between the solver and the tutor, so a tutor reply uses the same allowance as a scanned problem. Once they are gone, solving requires Pro.
The calculators, the formula reference, the mechanism library, the functional group cheat sheet, the flashcards and the quizzes stay free forever and do not touch the counter.
Pro, and restoring it
Pro unlocks unlimited solving and unlimited tutor replies. It is a subscription, billed by Apple or Google at the price shown in your store for your region. There is no free trial, so nothing converts automatically.
If you have paid and the app still shows the paywall, open Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with — a subscription belongs to the store account, not to the device.
To cancel, use your store's subscription settings: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the renewal and Pro continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Scanning is not reading my problem
- Photograph one question at a time and crop to it — a full page gives the solver no way to know which problem you mean.
- Hold the phone square to the page rather than leaning over it, so bond angles are not distorted.
- Check that your own shadow is not falling across the page.
- Include everything written above and below the reaction arrow, and the instruction line.
- For faint pencil, trace over the structure in pen first.

Solving is not working
Solving and the tutor need an internet connection — they call an AI model. If a solve fails, check your connection first, then try again; the app will tell you if the service is temporarily unavailable. The study half of the app (flashcards, quizzes, mechanisms, cheat sheet, calculators, formula reference) works with no connection at all.
Is the answer always right?
No. It is an AI answer and it can be wrong, sometimes confidently. Treat a solve the way you would treat a classmate's worked solution: useful for seeing the reasoning, not a substitute for checking against your course notes before you hand anything in.
My history disappeared
History is stored on your device and nowhere else, which is deliberate — it means nobody else can read your coursework. The trade-off is that clearing the app's data, reinstalling, or moving to a new device does not carry it over. There is no cloud backup to restore from.
Deleting your data
Delete the app, or clear its data from your device settings. That removes the history, your preferences and everything else the app holds. There is no server-side copy, and no account to close.
